New Merchant Onboarding Guide
For customers wishing to install card terminals and POS systems, please follow the steps below.
STEP 1
Service Application
Contact our customer center at 1577-4455.
STEP 2
Customer Information Submission
Provide your store information, including business name, representative, address, and phone number.
STEP 3
Store Visit
Visit the agency for consultation, complete the credit card company re-registration documents, and choose the card reader (POS).
STEP 4
Customer Information Registration
Register your information in our system. For new stores, it takes 2-5 days to issue a merchant number for card transactions.
STEP 5
Usage
Begin using the card terminal (POS).
